1. General

Komi Milk operates in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. By using our site, you represent you are of majority age.

2. Products and Pricing

Products are highly perishable and require immediate refrigeration. Prices are in INR and subject to change.

3. Orders and Payments

We reserve the right to refuse orders. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver to specific zones. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive perishable goods. We are not liable for spoilage if left unattended.

5. Returns/Refunds

Cancellations allowed up to 8:00 PM the day before delivery. No returns accepted. Damage claims must be made within 2 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for account confidentiality.

7. Intellectual Property

All content is the property of Komi Milk.

8. Limitation of Liability

Komi Milk is not liable for indirect damages beyond the replacement cost of the product.
