1. Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our milk products and strict health and safety standards, we do not accept physical returns of any Komi Milk products once delivered.
2. Refunds and Replacements
We will issue a full refund or send a replacement if you experience spoilage/quality issues prior to expiration, damaged packaging, or incorrect items.
3. How to Request
Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Email support at business.rupayan@gmail.com with your Order Number, description, and photographs of the damaged product/packaging/expiration date. We will notify you of approval within 3 business days.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds process automatically to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Late Refunds
Check your bank account, contact your credit card company, then contact us at business.rupayan@gmail.com.
